Product Description
The Intel Server Platform SR6850HW4/S and SR6850HW4/M support up to four Dual-core 64-bit Intel Xeon Processors 7100 sequence or four 64-bit Intel Xeon Processor MP with up to 16MB L3 cache and incorporate features that clearly differentiate them as high availability server platform. The Intel Server Platform SR6850HW4/S and SR6850HW4/M are in rack-optimized design to deliver enterprise-level performance and reliability in a high-density package, which born with the power to handle an assortment of demanding business and data center application. Building on previous server platforms, the Intel Server Platform SR6850HW4/S and SR6850HW4/M introduce redundant memory and networking in addition to the enterprise features of hot-swap power, cooling, PCI slots and hard disk drives. Advanced server management features are also included to remotely monitor and manage the server. Finnally, the server has two optional mass storage expansion features.
