Product Description
OTRS is an Open Source Ticket Request System (also well known as a trouble ticket system) which includes many features to manage customer telephone calls and e-mails. OTRS is built to allow support, sales, pre-sales, billing, internal IT, helpdesk, etc. departments to react quickly to inbound inquiries.

Config Notes
OTRS is dependent on the following packages not included in SLES 9 or OES: perl-GD.rpm, perl-GDGraph.rpm, perl-GDGraph3d.rpm, and perlTextUtil.rpm. These packages should be downloaded from the OTRS server (ftp://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/lib/OES) and support for these packages is provided by OTRS, not Novell.
