Product Description
The PRIMERGY BX660 is a 4-way server blades with 2-4 Xeon™ MP processors and up to 16 Gbyte memory. In Addition the PRIMERGY BX660 provides 4 channels of 1Gbit/s Ethernet LAN and 4 channels of 2Gbit/s Fibre Channel for SAN connectivity. Up to 5 hot-plug PRIMERGY BX660 server blades can be used in a PRIMERGY BX600 blade server chassis. This chassis is a highly scalable 19-inch rack server system that occupies 7 height units (U) and has a modular infrastructure for accommodating highly compact server units (server blades). Due to their high performance PRIMERGY BX600 server blades are qualified for sophisticated tasks in datacenter environments.

| Active USB floppy (needed for DUD) is detected as multiple SCSI disks. Device names of true second,... SCSI HDDs might be different during initial installation and afterwards. Workaround: + use only HDD 1 during initial installation (partitions of other disks can be included into the system at any time afterwards when SCSI device names are stable) + Check and fix /etc/fstab as early as possible in case of need. |
