| SUSE LINUX Retail Solution 8: Certification only valid for k_pos_ibm-2.4.21-178 (Linux 2.4.21-178-POS_IBM). Certification only valid with kernelparameter "acpi=off" applied. USB subsystem does not work reliable (this is fixed in subsequent Updatekernels). The following hardware was not checked during certification and is therefore not covered by certification: USB mass storage, serial ports, parallel ports, touchscreen functionality, all IBM POS related hardware (cashdrawer, RS485 connected hardware, displays, etc.). |
