| The WorkCentre Pro 685/785 are high productivity fax/multifunction devices. The WorkCentre Pro 685 meets the needs of a "typical" mid-size shared fax environment of 5 to 15 users who want a full-featured, centralized multifunction fax that handles moderate volumes of up to 4500 pages per month. The Pro 785 provides high capacity and fast performance to meet demanding workloads of up to 5,500 pages per month. With its dual line fax and standard 100 sheet bypass tray, the Pro 785 is perfect for customers with workgroups of 16-25. In addition, both the WorkCentre Pro 685 and 785 offer Internet Fax, LAN Faxing, PCL 6 network printing and convenience copying. Both products can be upgraded with up to two additional 550 sheet paper cassettes. Additional features include:
12 ppm Xerographic print engine with true 600 x 600 dpi printing
33.6 kbps modem (dual 33.6 kbps modems on 785) with JBIG compression
400 x 400 dpi fax resolution
ControlCentre software for remote product management
