| The DocuPrint C55 offers productivity-enhancing convenience features unique to the desktop color laser category. ImageFix automaticlly corrects low-quality or poorly scanned images. Fax-Friendly Black converts color graphics into readable black-and-white patterns for faxing or copying. Automatic Transparency Detection recognizes and optimizes overhead transparencies. FastBlue doubles print speed while retaining the impact of color. The Hold Job function gives users extra time to load special paper or retrieve private documents. The DocuPrint C55 is the first in a series of Xerox printers equipped with and embedded Web server, providing easy installation and instant access to printer drivers, software, supplies and service information via the Internet. It can also be eqipped with an optional collation disk for producing multiple original prints --or "mopies"-- in fully collated document sets, reducing production time and eliminating the need for hand-collation. | |
