Product Description
The PRIMERGY BX620 S4 offers an excellent combination of two processors, multicore performance and many expansion options. It provides flexible options to support a variety of workloads, including virtualization solutions and Enterprise applications. The server blade enables the use of 8 “Fully Buffered DIMM” technology for main memory of up to 64GB and two hot-pluggable 2.5-inch SATA/SAS hard disks. With six Gbit LAN channels onboard the BX620 S4 offers a high degree of expandability regarding standard LAN connections and optional operation or booting of storage subsystems via iSCSI. The PRIMERGY BX620 S4 has more than is usually expected from a conventional dual-socket server blade and masters the majority of the most demanding data center applications.
