| 1) To install the LAN driver do the following: disable the LAN in the BIOS prior to the SLED installation. After the installation has finished, install the LAN driver and re-enable the LAN in the BIOS. |
| 2) The LAN driver used during testing was installed from the following rpm: realtek-r8169-kmp-smp-8.008.00_2.6.16.60_0.21-0.i586.rpm.
