Updated zNW_metadata_s to show that the nwm_time_accessed field is no longer used. Instead, it is set to zero and nwm_modify_mask clears the zMOD_ACCESSED_TIME bit.
Added the correct readme version.
Added documentation for listxattr and removexattr.
Added as a new NDK component.
