The document defines the style of SUSE s packages and describes SUSE-specific extensions that can and should be used in packages for SUSE products. The purpose of this document is not to teach anyone how to create a RPM package; the object is to describe SUSE-specific things. It also defines the method to use where multiple options exist and consistency is preferred.
