  How to connect a soap driver to the web services?

     We are trying to configure DSML Soap Driver (Locally) to connect to the web services which we have developed (for example its url is http://localhost:8081/Sun/SunWebServicesService?wsdl.) we would like to know where to specify this web services url in the soap configuration. 

At present we have placed this url in the URL of the Remote DSML Server field, while configuring the soap driver.

By this the soap driver is not able to connect to the web services.

Our aim is to invoke the web services web method with the user account attribute values, when ever a user is created in the eDir.

And web method will open a browser with this attribute value thorough the url rewriting.

Also we would like to know whether we have to develop a custom java program for accomplishing this task.
