I have been looking at Mailsaver 4, beta 3. I noticed that GroupWise 6.5 messages in archive folders aren't saved, Mailsaver appears to look for a non-archive folder with the same name, then save all messages from this folder. Is there a reason that Mailsaver doesn't work on archive folders? Or, is there something I'm not doing correctly to get this to work?
What we have here are users who have very large GW archives which are too big for our automated PC backup to handle for such a large number of users. As a work-around, I can unarchive messages, but this gets really messy for huge numbers of messages. And, since we have limits on each user's GW account, unarchiving large numbers of messages could easily overload the GW server.
Le me know if there is something I'm missing here.
