UsrImp32 Version 2 Release

I've finaly released a version of UsrImp32 version 2 that isnt a BETA release! I've added the missing fetures from version 1 so i can scrap the old one as there shouldn't be as many problems with Home Dir's in version 2 (I hope) :o)
