In the "Who Should Join DeveloperNet" section, it indicates that ISV's and IHV's should join PartnerNet (correct), but it implies that there is nothing here of value to them - even though it is the same tools, SDK's, sample code, etc. that we want all code developers to take advantage of. Can the wording be reworked to indicate that this is for all, but that additionally ISV's and IHV's should look to PNet?
