Is Microsoft/Yahoo About Windows' Failure as a Top Server Platform?
With great interest I digested The Microsoft/Yahoo project. Something not mentioned, is the televised program by Kevin Turner from Microsoft. Earlier this past year, Mr. Turner went into a process of exploring the future of Microsoft applications. Mr. Turner,is exploring the ability to lease applications to big businesses that could use Microsoft. He went on to state, if you need Microsoft Word for 30 days, you rent it for 30 days and Microsoft would turn you off at the end of the 30 days. The Yahoo service would be an excellent carrier for the Microsoft application's to your desk top. This also explains why Microsoft did not attempt to save Yahoo's top gun.
Only a thought for the brains of the world to ponder.
