TID102269 (INLS9) - Update of NLS NDK does not preserve NLToolkit License Templates

ABSTRACT:

When installing an update of the NLS component of the NDK, you are prompted to replace a previous version with a new version. You must replace the previous version to install the newest release. This will not preserve your license templates for the NLToolkit.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

To backup your license templates, under the File menu select Export. Then select the desired license templates to save. Next, install the new version of the NLS NDK. After installation, restore your license templates by going under the File menu and selecting Import. You will receive a status window on the templates imported.

If you receive the message "Cannot Modify a Read Only Data Set" go into the NLToolKitData directory and flag all the files read write (remove read only flag).
