TID100688 (FLEXPATH) - NEST 1.2 FlexOS Path Problem

A path change in the NEST SDK 1.2 was not fully implemented. FlexOS tools such as Link86 and Lib86 were formerly located in c:NESTFlexOSBIN, they have been moved to c:NESTFlexOS in release 1.2. However, the make file was not updated to reflect the path change. Modify the file: NESTMAKFlexOS.INC on lines 153, 156 & 341 and change "ï¿½in" to ''
