If you lock a file more than 23 times, in the 3x environment. then use any API that uses the NCP call Get Physical Record Locks By File, you will get bad data back.
The solution is to load glockfix.nlm on the file server for the 3.11 or the 3.12 server. The files can be found:
3.11--> NSD under 311IT4.EXE. 3.12--> NWOSFILE in lib 03 under 312PT6.EXE.
