In the publication "Novell's Guide to NetWare 4.0 NLM Programming" [Michael Day, Michael Koontz & Daniel Marshall; Novell Press-SYBEX], page xxi, there are instructions on how to obtain the book's sample code electronically. That information is out-dated. The sample code is currently found in the NDEVSUP forum, Library #17 [Publications] and is called NLM4PG.EXE.
