This article shows how to create a SUSE Linux Enterprise Rescue CD (ie. for shipping with your systems). It is basically only a collection of links to other related articles. There will be a much improved way to do that soon, which enables you to do all that without even touching the original SLE media. So stay tuned :)
You should create an autoYaST Profile for the system to be installed. This profile can be included on the rescue CD to automate the installation (at least partly). For detailed information please look here: Unattended_installation_using_autoYaST. The article also shows how to include it with your rescue CD.
The next step is optional and only of interest if you are distributing additional software or drivers with your system. The article Creating_Add-On_Media_with_YaST shows how to create an Addon-CD to SLE and how to automatically select it for installation to unveil the best user experience.
