I've made a new release today which removes the dependency on log4net. Mono and Gtk# dependency versions have also been increased inline with the Mono beta release.
I've just made the first public release, version 0.1.0, of Permovi and associated packages. Of course, that doesn't mean it actually does many more useful things than it did before but it does represent enough for others to be able to install it at least :)
