OMC uses Bugzilla for tracking tasks.

To enter a new task, create a Bugzilla entry, and specify the following:
- Severity = task
- Priority = real priority of tasks
- Status = NEW: Unassigned (even though the Assignee gets automatically filled in)
- If necessary, specify whether this task Depends-On or Blocks other tasks or bugs.
To claim an unassigned task (changing it to an assigned task):
- Assign it to yourself
- Change status to ASSIGNED
