NAssess - Survey tool for the researcher

NAssess is a C# class library that makes putting surveys on the web (and other media) very easy. It's primary targets are PDFs and ASP.NET. It's been in private development for 4 years, and we're ready to open-source it so more can benefit from it. NAssess is unique among online survey engines in that it targets research surveys instead of marketing surveys. Its native file formats are built around the way researchers work. The biggest difference is that NAssess produces reports for the research subjects rather than the data collector. This becomes useful if the researcher wants to give back to the community by providing each of his/her research subjects with an assessment of how he/she is doing based on their answers to his questionnaire.
