No updates for a long time don't mean MailSaver is dead! MailSaver 4.0 Beta 3 is the latest version, available from my blog. The reason it hasn't been updated forever is that there haven't been any showstopper bugs for it, and there hasn't been much need to make any changes to it. It works in 6.5 and 7, but if you are using 7, it requires SP2 on the client.
