The first plugin for Magellan is now available for download on the downloads page, and has been checked into the CVS repository. This plugin is an RSS/ATOM feed aggregator and reader for Eclipse. We hope to be able to tie this to the developer.novell.com wiki someday to provide customized feeds of developer content directly into your Eclipse IDE.

The magellan-dev mailing list, subversion, and bugzilla have been added to the project.
Expect to see a snapshot all-in-one of Eclipse once the Callisto release is complete. You can also expect to see some source code commits pretty soon.

We gave the Magellan project page a facelift today. The preliminary distribution is still being worked on. We are hoping to have the basic components managed as RPM packages by EclipseCon on March 20.
