Made the following changes:
- Added modifyItemsRequest to types.xsd schema.
- Added timezone schema definitions in types.xsd. This is required for time zone adjustments by other clients.
- Fixed if two separate applications created GroupWise event configurations, one application could read and modify events for the other application configuration.
- Mime encoding set in the user database is now returned in the getSettingsRequest.
- Miscellaneous crashed and server hangs.

- You can now add custom fields in GroupWise items, the Checklist folder, and create IMAP folders.
- An alarm element is returned when specified in the view.
- The USER_STATUS bit can be set with createItemRequest.
- GettingSignatures works in .Net.
- Enabling and disabling rules works.
- Calling getAttachmentRequest on the message body with a chunk size greater than 16K works.
- Added userid to the view.
- Recurring times adjust correctly when crossing the DST time change.
- Removing items by calling removeItemRequest works.
- Fixed miscellaneous SOAP server crashes.
- Fixed miscellaneous issues with the Evolution Client.
