Bash is the famous shell from the GNU Project. This is the NetWare port of the shell. This project also contains many of the utilities and tools that you normally would run from a bash shell in a Linux environment.

To download the rpm via rug: 1) load rcd 2) Add the service, activate to the service, and subscribe to the channel listed on the download page using rug commands on your NetWare server. 3) run "rug up" and the new bash will be installed on your system.
