Apache Modules for NetWare Changelog

From Developer Community

October 2004

Updated the license.txt file.

June 2004

Binaries:

  • Fixed a buffer overrun problem in mod_hdirs and mod_rdirs.
  • Switched the build process for mod_nds to use makefiles rather than a project file.

February 2004

Rebuilt binary download to include changes to license.txt and Readme files.

October 2003

Removed the mod_edir modules - for Apache 2.x - as this software is now available on Novell Forge as open source.

28 January 2003

Added MOD_EDIR for Apache 2.0. Please note that this requires the latest libc.nlm from the NDK.

5 November 2002

Made the following changes to MOD_LCGI:

  • Added a file rights check to determine if the user has rights to the script and should be allowed to run it, which fixes a compatibility issue between MOD_LCGI and MOD_NDS.
  • Fixed the header scanning so that header entries such as set-cookie, which can appear multiple times, are stored separately. This fix allows multiple cookies to be set and prevents each occurrence of the header from overwritting the previous copy.

26 March 2002

Updated for Apache 1.3.24 and fixed bugs with connection caching in MOD_RDIRS and MOD_HDIRS.

26 October 2001

Made the following changes:

  • Fixed bugs and enhanced performance for MOD_NDS, MOD_HDIRS and MOD_RDIRS. Please see the change log for each individual module for details.
  • Added the multi-processor aware version of Apache 1.3.22. You can download the uni-processor version at http://httpd.apache.org/dist/httpd/binaries/netware/.
  • Updated Auth_LDAP to version 1.6.

26 June 2001

Fixed bugs in several modules. Please see the change log for each individual module for details.

June 2001

Added Apache 1.3.20 for NetWare.

12 April 2001

Added a compatible version of NSLCGI.NLM for MOD_LCGI, along with a patched version of MOD_LCGI.NLM.

30 March 2001

Added a new set of modules to the download package, which include:

  • MOD_HDIRS provides access to eDirectory based user home directories.

  • MOD_RDIRS provides access to documents which reside on remote file systems.
  • MOD_LCGI is the gateway to modules written to the LCGI API.
  • MOD_DAV provides Web-based distributed authoring and versioning.
