The Building a Secured Corporate Web Application Infrastructure course will help you understand the challenges of developing a modern corporate web infrastructure, accessible from inside and outside the firewall. We will show you how to achieve this by using different Novell technologies. During this course, we will build a simple example using Novell eDirectory, Novell Portal Services, DirXML, and eGuide.

The Novell Portal Services (NPS) Overview and Gadget Development course will introduce you to NPS. It will also introduce you to the development side of NPS, referred to as gadgets. The course includes a series of labs to allow you to put your newly gained knowledge to work for you.

The Web Services course is designed to introduce you to the concepts and technologies associated with developing Web Services. Introduces concepts, terms, and technologies involved with Web Services. In addition, you will be familiar with Novell's exteNd product suite and be able to create publish and consume simple web services.

The Secure Identity Management (SIM) Overview Course is designed to provide you with an introduction to Novell's Nsure business proposition, featuring a description of SIM and a workable SIM scenario.

The Utilizing LDAP Extensions and Controls for JNDI course is intended to provide you with the information you need to utilize Novell's JNDI LDAP Extensions in your own programming projects.

The Novell eCommerce for Beans course is intended to provide you with the information you need to create Web applications integrated with eDirectory using Novell's eCommerce JavaBeans.

Introduction to DirXML is designed to be an introduction to Novell's connector technology DirXML. This is one of a series of DeveloperNet University courses which will help you learn Novell Directory Services (NDS) programming.

The Enabling Authentication in your Applications and Web Solution course, is one of a series of DeveloperNet University courses which will help you learn eDirectory programming. In addition to learning ways to authenticate to eDirectory, you will be introduced to other methods of authentication utilizing platforms such as Netscape Web Server, and Apache Web Server; along with programming languages such as PERL, C, and Java. LDAP will be featured prominently.

Implementing an Interactive Web Site with NetWare 6 This course details how to implement an interactive Web site with NetWare 6, using technologies such as eDirectory, Apache Web Server, and Java. This course is the perfect way to get a quick introduction to the many Web-enabled benefits offered in NetWare 6.

eDirectory for the Beginner This course gives a marketing perspective of Novell eDirectory, focused to pertain to an engineering audience. This course is the perfect way to get a quick introduction to Novell eDirectory.

DirXML Driver Installation Featuring the NT4 Domain Driver. This course gives detailed instructions for the installation of the NT4 Domain Driver for DirXML.
