Partner Certification Support Agreement (DS 100)
Hardware and Software Vendors can take advantage of working directly with Novell Engineers to get hardware systems, component hardware, and kernel level software applications supported, YES Certified, and to market quickly.
A Partner Certification Support Agreement provides the following benefits:
- Twenty Engineering Service Requests
- Answers to questions focused on product development issues for enablement and certification of your product. Enabling your product to run on SUSE Linux Enterprise Server or addressing issues surfaced during YES Certification testing are examples.
- Partner Linux Driver Process
- The Partner Linux Driver Process (PLDP) developed by Novell allows hardware and software vendors to provide Linux drivers, driver updates and other kernel modules to their customers in a direct and transparent way that is completely integrated with the SUSE Linux Enterprise environment. More
- YES Certification Training
- Learn how to use YES Certification test tools and the bulletin submission process.
- Unlimited Certification Service Requests
- Not related to development issues, but specific to questions on the YES Certification test tools, testing processes and bulletin submission and publication.
- Unlimited Self-Certification and YES Certified bulletins
- Test an unlimited number of products and submit an unlimited number of passing test results for YES Certified bulletins.
- YES Certified Logo
- Use the YES Certified logo on your product web site, packaging, and promotional materials. (must have YES Certified bulletin published before using the YES Certified logo on your product web site and promotional material)
- Includes Silver Level Membership in PartnerNet for Technology Partners Program
- Five Product Support Requests: Questions specific to installation, configuration and functionality support for Novell products including SUSE Linux Enterprise and Open Enterprise Server.
- All benefits for Silver Members of the PartnerNet for Technology Partners Program
How to purchase
Partner Certification Support Agreements are $20,000 USD. This includes a Silver level membership in PartnerNet for Technology Partners (if you already have a Silver level membership, a Certification Support Agreement is $18,500 USD).
